Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all appointments booked with us, whether online, by phone, or in person.

Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to rearrange your visit for another day.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rebook. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.
