Safe, gentle dental care for the whole family, with same-day appointments 7 days a week at our Bournemouth clinic.
If you are in Poole and your dentist cannot see you urgently — or the pain has struck outside of normal hours — our Bournemouth clinic on Holdenhurst Road is well within reach. The two towns sit side by side, connected by frequent buses and a direct train line, and we keep same-day emergency appointments available from 7am until 11pm, every single day of the year.
We work without registration, referral or appointment history. One phone call is all it takes to be booked in, even if you have never visited us before. Our team handles everything from acute pain and dental abscesses to cracked teeth, missing crowns, traumatic injuries and post-extraction complications. We also provide general check-ups, hygiene visits, cosmetic dentistry and restorative work for Poole residents who want a reliable practice that is always open when they need it.
The journey from Poole to our Holdenhurst Road practice is shorter than most people expect: By car — head east along the A35 through Westbourne and Bournemouth town centre, then follow Holdenhurst Road north-east towards Lansdowne Roundabout. Our clinic is on the right. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes from Poole town centre, and free on-site patient parking is available so you are not paying for parking on top of your visit. By train — this is often the fastest option. Poole station to Bournemouth station is a direct journey of around 12 minutes on the South Western Railway line, with trains running every 30 minutes throughout the day. From Bournemouth station, our practice is a 5–7 minute walk along Holdenhurst Road. Door to door, you can be with us in under 25 minutes. By bus — the Morebus m1 and m2 run frequently between Poole and Bournemouth, departing every few minutes during the day. The ride takes around 25–30 minutes depending on traffic. Alight near Bournemouth town centre or Lansdowne, and our clinic is a short walk from there. By bicycle — the ride from Poole takes around 30–35 minutes along the coastal route or via the A35. Sections of the route have dedicated cycle paths. By taxi — a taxi from Poole town centre to our door takes roughly 20–25 minutes.
Never. There is no registration and there never has been. Call us, let us know your name, a number to contact you on and a brief description of the issue — and your appointment is confirmed. It could not matter less whether you have a regular dentist in Poole, have recently lost access to one, or are simply in too much pain to wait for your usual practice to open. We will see you.
It is the sole reason our practice exists. An escalating toothache that over-the-counter medication cannot control, a tooth that snaps cleanly in two, a filling, crown or bridge that fails at the worst possible time, an infection causing the face or jaw to swell, a deep abscess, bleeding that will not respond to home measures, or a tooth dislodged entirely by a blow — we treat every category of dental emergency, every day. Call 07444 745 491, describe what has happened and we will arrange a same-day appointment. On arrival, we X-ray the problem, lay out the diagnosis and start treatment immediately.
Yes! with zero interest, zero catches. Our 0% payment plans break the total into monthly instalments that you can afford, with absolutely nothing added to the price. The reception team will walk you through the options in person. There is no paperwork to take away, no credit check, and no obligation to commit during the visit.
The consultation is £50 — a single, transparent fee that covers a detailed clinical examination, all X-rays and a complete explanation of the diagnosis. If treatment is needed — a filling, extraction, root canal, temporary crown or any other procedure — it is quoted line by line, discussed with you and started only after you give your explicit approval. We never proceed without your consent, and there is never a cost you did not agree to in advance.
Because most of them cannot guarantee you a same-day appointment — and very few are open evenings, weekends or bank holidays. We are open from 7am to 11pm, 365 days a year, with emergency slots held specifically for patients who need to be seen today. There is no registration to complete, no referral to chase and no waiting list to join. For a Poole resident in pain at 8pm on a Saturday, the 20-minute drive or 12-minute train ride to our clinic is the difference between getting treated tonight and waiting until Monday morning.
Our reception team is on hand every day to help.
